This chart shows and analyzes the wind speed in miles per hour recorded with regards to the latitude of the city it was taken. Weak positive correlation between moving north and wind speed. This mean it is possible that the more north the go you may encounter a little more wind, but not a strong chance with relevance to latitude alone.
